Casale Corilo, from the ancient name of the hazelnut shrub, is a gem set in greenery, with a rustic yet refined character, carefully restored and ready to be lived in! It is reached by a short stretch of white road and then, once through the gate, along an avenue overlooking the privately owned hazelnut grove of 2.06 ha, planted in 2016 and now in full production. Arriving at the farmhouse, on one side stretch the Tuscia countryside and the view takes in Lake Bolsena, while on the other there are lush hazelnut trees and the beautiful 16×5 meter swimming pool, placed right alongside the farmhouse. The main building, of approximately 167 sq m, is arranged over two levels and was completely renovated in 2022. On entering, one finds the classic layout of authentic country houses, with the stone staircase positioned in the center. On one side opens the beautiful kitchen with dining area, a storage room and a large bathroom with shower.
