On the first floor, there is a hallway, a large living room, a study, which could be used as an additional bedroom, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, and two further bedrooms and a bathroom.

The olive grove covers an area of approximately 1.7 hectares with around 1,200 trees, producing up to 3,000 litres of oil per year.
