Access to the villa is through a spacious portico of approximately 50 sqm, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.

From the large living room it is possible to reach the kitchen and a hallway with a guest bathroom and the sleeping area, composed of 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

The master bedroom also features a walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the garden.

Via an external spiral staircase, it is possible to reach a small terrace, from which one can enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

A short distance away are two agricultural outbuildings.

The first is arranged over two levels: on the ground floor there is the storage warehouse for the produced wine and oil, with an adjacent equipment shed, while on the basement level there is the vinification cellar.

The second, smaller outbuilding is used as a storage space for small equipment.

The land, the beating heart of the organic estate, was partially planted in 2012 with approximately 2 ha of IGT Sangiovese vineyard, partly dedicated to olive grove with around 130 olive trees, and partly left uncultivated, which could be developed into an orchard.

There is the possibility to purchase additional land, including vineyard.
