The property, currently transformed into an Agriturismo, includes two farmhouses totaling 410 square meters. Within their courtyard, there is a beautiful swimming pool, accompanied by a gazebo and a cooking corner, perfect for unforgettable evenings in good company under the Tuscan sky.

The surrounding land, extending over approximately 17 hectares, is predominantly cultivated with organic vineyards, contributing to a sustainable and enriching supply chain that brings not just a product into the glass, but also the soul of this land.
