Tadasana Retreat

Set in an authentic Umbrian countryside setting, this enchanting old farmhouse offers breathtaking panoramic views and is surrounded by olive groves, making it an ideal retreat nestled in the rolling hills of Umbria.

The property features two ground-floor apartments, each comprising a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor space. The first-floor apartment—currently used by the owners—includes a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The two ground-floor units are well-integrated into the vacation rental market, with the option to merge all apartments into a singular luxurious residence.

Additionally, the estate boasts a storage room, a charming grotto, and a stunning 6×12 meter infinity pool, perfect for relaxation and entertaining.

Set on approximately 1.7 hectares of fenced land, the property hosts around 164 olive trees, a vegetable garden, and a dedicated open-air plaza ideal for yoga, dancing, or hosting meetings amid nature. The current owners have also installed a bocce court in the area in front of the house, adding to the lifestyle amenities.

The farmhouse retains quintessential rustic features such as wooden beam ceilings, internal stone walls, and terracotta flooring. Situated in a unique, private, and panoramic location, the estate remains conveniently close to the main road and just 800 meters from a traditional restaurant.
