Located in San Venanzo, in the green heart of Umbria. On the ground floor, a very large terrace with porch, a spacious lounge currently used as a restaurant room of about 130 sqm with a large fireplace, bar corner, and coffee station that can host ceremonies both indoors and on the panoramic terrace; also on the ground floor, two guest rooms with bathrooms, a reception, and a sherd bathroom for men, women, and disabled guests.

There is also a very ancient farmhouse dating back to the late 1800s, fully restored according to current anti-seismic standards. On the ground/first floor, there is a fully finished apartment served by water, electricity, autonomous pellet heating (very economical), and LPG kitchen. It consists of a large living room with open kitchen, two double bedrooms, and one children’s bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms with showers.
