TERRATETTO DI RIGO

The property is arranged over three levels. On the ground floor, there is the entrance, currently used as a small reception area, a lovely kitchen with a technical room, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a guest bathroom.

Through the internal staircase, you reach the first floor, which houses two bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Finally, we go up to another floor where we find a suite consisting of a living room, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with double sink, and an additional room with a loft consisting of a sitting area below the bedroom with bathroom.

From this mezzanine, a spectacular horizontal window opens onto the surrounding countryside.

All bedrooms are equipped with magnetic key locks.

Outside, the property is completed by a beautiful and unique 3.5×7 m swimming pool with Indian stone solarium and a small storage room for equipment with connections for a washing machine.
