Velzna Lab

When spaces are designed with care, they tell a story and invite you to discover it. For Velzna Lab, the renovation project has maximized the concept of space saving without giving up a style that strongly recalls the city of Orvieto: from the decoration of the entrance and bathroom with a white and grey motif (inspired by the Duomo) to the “Sanpietrino effect” format for the flooring of the living area. This is a ground-floor apartment, featuring a high ceiling with two mezzanines created within it. It extends over a usable floor area of approximately 62 sqm and is composed as follows: entrance with living/TV area open to the dining area and custom-made kitchen. This level is completed by a bathroom with large shower and laundry area. From the living room, via the wooden staircase, you access the main bedroom, located on one of the mezzanines and finished with great care. From the dining area, via another staircase, you access the other mezzanine with glass and wood flooring and two single beds. Sold fully furnished.
