VILLA INCANTO SUL TEZIO

Reachable via a short stretch of gravel road, Villa Incanto sul Tezio is the perfect combination of nature and comfort.

Located on over 1 hectare of land covered with beautiful centuries-old olive trees, the villa stands on the edge of the uncontaminated woods that cover the slopes of Monte Tezio, a natural oasis just a stone’s throw from Perugia, much appreciated by hikers.

Villa Incanto sul Tezio was built in the late 1970’s and completely renovated in 2000 and 2011. The property is made up of three levels and can also be divided into two independent units. A project to transform the upper floor into a separate apartment has already been submitted.
