One farmhouse, measuring approximately 270 sqm, is used as a residence and is spread over three levels.

In the basement there are two storage rooms, one of which could also be used as a tavern.

On the ground floor there is the living area comprising a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, along with a spiral staircase leading to the first floor, where there is a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an open-plan space.

The farmhouse is complemented by a 14x7m swimming pool, up to 3.5m deep.

A short distance away is the other farmhouse, measuring approximately 220 square metres over three floors, currently used for retail purposes.

The basement houses the storage area; on the ground floor there are the tasting room, the honey production laboratory and a bathroom; and on the first floor there is the administrative office.

The winery, measuring approximately 670 square metres, houses all the wine production facilities, as well as a charming tasting room.

The ruin, measuring approximately 250 square metres and situated in the second block of the estate, offers an interesting opportunity to further develop the estate.

The agricultural portion comprises a total of approximately 5 hectares of Brunello vineyards, 1 hectare of Rosso di Montalcino vineyards, around 300 olive trees, with the remainder being woodland.

With the help of five employees, the company produces top-quality products – including wine, olive oil and honey – which are highly regarded and exported all over the world.

Wine production stands at around 25,000 bottles a year.
